I'm a Minneapolis-based freelance photographer. I shoot a little bit of everything, but mostly live music - everything from obscure free jazz and avant-rock to death metal to U2 and Britney Spears. My regular gigs have been with Retna, the Washington Post and the Washington City Paper (I was DC-based until July 2010). I've been published in the Washington Post, TIME.com, Washington City Paper, Washington Monthly, Chicago Reader, Guitar World, Revolver, Decibel, Premier Guitar, and many more.
